Kraus Organic Yerba is fully certified organic with a mild flavour. As with most Argentinian yerba, it is processed with stems. The yerba is dried using a unique system based on indirect heat. The yerba does not come into contact with smoke or exhaust funes. Kraus is a small family business based in Colonia Santo Domingo, San Ignacio. Is is located close to San Ignacio Miní, one of the most important former Jesuit Mission settlements in the region. It is an area of tremendous natural beauty.
