This drinking pipe is made from 100% naturally harvested bamboo. Bamboo forms a very hard wood, and is light and exceptionally tough. Bamboo drinking pipes will not last as long as a metal one, but can last for months or years if taken care of properly. Be sure to let your bamboo drinking straw dry out COMPLETELY after use. Do not use boiling water with them either, as you should not use boiling water with yerba mate anyway
