Our service is gradually getting back to something close to normality, or more accurately "the new normal". We have completely restructed our delivery charge regime. The main changes are...
- NO MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
- Charge of €5 for deliveries in Dublin up to a value of €100
- Charge of €10 for deliveries outside Dublin up to a value of €100
- Charge of €5 for deliveries outside Dublin up to a value of €50
- NO delivery charge on orders greater than €100
- Pick Up in Dublin service for customers resident outside Dublin,
Update 07/04/20
Unfortunately because of the Garda checkpoints it has become impossible to do the Dublin deliveries ourselves. We have had to start sending most orders by courier (An Post, Fastway or Parcel Motel). Unfortunately we have had to introduce a charge of €7.50 to cover the cost of this.
Update 27/03/20
Since the government announcement on Friday evening it has become very difficult to offer our normal delivery service in Dublin. We will deal with each order individually but we are probably going to have to use An Post, Fastway or Parcel Motel for most Dublin orders. We will deal with each order individually and let you know what the options are for each order.
Notice regarding our service during this extremely difficult period
Dear customer, our plan is to continue trade until such time as the authorities ask us to cease operations.
For customers living outside Dublin please note that we have no control over the service offered by our courier partners, Fastway, Parcel Motel and An Post. To date they have indicated that it is service as usual. However who knows what will happen in the weeks and months to come.
For customer living in Dublin we will continue to make deliveries. However, in the interests of your safety, and of our safety, we would ask that customers minimize the use of cash and pay for orders using credit card, debit card or PayPal.
